Aerial silks is a fun and creative way to exercise for a range of ages. Classes are led by internationally experienced performer and trainer Rochelle Brophy.
We provide a safe and friendly environment to learn new skills, gain flexibility, strength, balance and fitness. Classes are tailored to the strength and capability of individual students in a safe and supportive environment.
Please Note: You must book into each class in advance.
We offer kids classes for ages 6-14 years in aerial silks. Students spin, hang, climb and play while learning basic aerial skills. Focussed training helps students release their creativity, build body awareness and improve self-confidence.
Payment is made per school term at $13 per class.
One off trials are $15.
Aerial silks is fantastic for strength, flexibility and even fear of heights! With our experienced trainers we will guide you through everything you need to know to achieve fun and exciting spins, drops and tricks on the fabric in a safe and friendly environment.

Lyra is a hoop suspended off the ground in which you can spin, swing, stretch and twist around the hoop. It is great for core strength, upper body strength and flexibility.
For students 12 years and over. Classes are a 10 week block (no one-off classes). Bookings essential.
Per 10 week block: $150
Payment required upfront to ensure your place.
This is a great place to start building or increase flexibility and strength. Ideal for beginners and advanced, contortion is a good basis for aerial performance.
We are very fortunate to have a highly skilled contortion tutor who can teach safe techniques in a group setting.
Private lessons are available for both newcomers and for current students who are wanting to take what they've learnt further.
